Information We Collect
When you purchase a ticket or interact with our website, we may collect the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Instagram handle (optional)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details)
- SMS opt-in consent status and timestamp
How We Use Your Information
- To process ticket purchases and deliver digital tickets
- To send event logistics and confirmation messages (if consented)
- To send promotional and marketing messages about upcoming events (if consented)
- To verify identity and manage event entry
- To display your name and Instagram profile on the public guest list (if applicable)
SMS & Text Messaging
By opting in during checkout or via our SMS sign-up form, you consent to receive automated text messages from Lucid Ent LLC (dba Lucid Events) at the phone number you provide. We offer two types of SMS communications:
- Marketing messages: Promotions, upcoming event announcements, and special offers.
- Transactional messages: Ticket confirmations, event logistics, venue updates, and check-in information.
Message Frequency Disclosure
Message frequency varies based on event schedules and your preferences. Marketing messages are typically sent no more than 4 times per month. Transactional messages (ticket confirmations, event reminders, check-in details) are sent as needed per event, typically 1–3 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may purchase tickets without opting in to SMS communications.
Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Mobile Information Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Lucid ID
Your Lucid ID is your Lucid account. It shows your tickets, the Lucid events you were checked in at, when you first bought a ticket, and a member number. Member numbers are given in order of first purchase and are not reused.
- Instagram (optional). Used to show your profile photo on your Lucid ID and, if you add it at checkout, on that event's guest list. We don't verify handles.
- Gender (optional). "Prefer not to say" is always available. Used only for anonymous per-event totals, shown to Lucid staff only when at least five people answered. Never shown on your card or the guest list, and never shared with marketing tools.
- Sharing. The Share to Story image is made on your device and shows only your first name and last initial, photo, member number, nights and member-since date. It's shared only if you post it.
Creating a Lucid ID does not sign you up for texts or marketing. Reply STOP to any text to stop.
Cookies & Tracking Practices
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyze site usage. The types of tracking we use include:
- Essential cookies: Required for core website functionality such as checkout sessions, authentication, and form submissions. These cannot be disabled.
- Google Analytics cookies: Used on public pages to understand website visits, unless you turn analytics off in the footer or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. See Google Analytics below for the data collected and your controls.
- Third-party cookies: Our payment processor (Stripe) and embedded services may set their own cookies to facilitate transactions and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your browsing data or personal information to advertisers. We do not use retargeting or behavioral advertising cookies.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can choose to block or delete cookies, though this may affect your ability to use certain features of our website (such as completing a ticket purchase).
Google Analytics
Lucid Ent LLC uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to public pages on lucidabq.com and improve the website. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies with browser identifiers and processes public page visits, visit timing, referring website origins, and device/browser information. Google receives your IP address when your browser connects to its service; Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. Analytics reports may summarize visits, but the underlying cookie and device data should not be treated as anonymous.
Google Analytics is on by default for public marketing pages. You can turn it off at any time with Turn off analytics in the footer of any public page. That stops future Google Analytics collection from this browser and removes its Google Analytics cookies, and you keep full access to tickets and every other site feature. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics stays off automatically. Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage; clearing browser storage or using another browser may require choosing again. Turning analytics off does not delete data already received by Google.
We send public page paths without query strings or fragments and limit referral information to the referring website's origin. This integration does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, Instagram handles, payment details, ticket identifiers, account identifiers, or private account/ticket/invite page locations. It measures public visits, not confirmed purchases or revenue. Google Signals, advertising personalization, and user-provided data collection are disabled for this integration.
Google processes this information under its own policies and may process it on servers outside your country. Your Google Analytics choice is separate from SMS consent, public guest-list consent, essential cookies, and Lucid's internal operational analytics.
Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it, including:
- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL (HTTPS).
- Secure payment processing: Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store, process, or have access to your full credit card number.
- Access controls: Administrative access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only and protected by authentication.
- Secure infrastructure: Our application is hosted on industry-standard platforms with built-in security protections, DDoS mitigation, and regular security updates.
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS opt-in consent records are retained for the duration of the messaging relationship and for a reasonable period after opt-out for compliance purposes.
